Updated much too late on Wednesday morning — sorry, guys. I got laid low yesterday between the appointment and some bug that got hold of me and didn’t let go. I’ll do the post on First Doctrine Sale next week. In the meantime, here are some links you might want to check out.

I will be back with a post later today, probably late morning or just after noon CST. I forgot I have a doctor’s appointment this morning. But do come back later. I’m going to discuss the upcoming hearings on the First Sale Doctrine the government is holding next month. In the meantime, if you have anything else you want me to discuss, leave a comment and I’ll do my best to get to it.
Be back soon!

If anyone needs something to read about writing while they wait: http://thewriterinblack.blogspot.com/2013/11/popular-fiction-ii.html
Thank you for the link.
Oooh – a blank text box – must despoil.
Hard day – sitting with child going through something hard herself – and she’s four hours away. Needless to say, not getting through much writing. Trying to not worry about things I have no power to change. Even with yoga breathing, it’s very difficult.
Thanks for the link. If it weren’t for things to read on the webs, I’d go nuts.
Well . . . It’s nice to know TPTB are considering the issues that electronic media raise with copyright. What they will come up with, in the end will most likely assist the traditional publishers more than Indie. I just hope it doesn’t impact the readers and listeners.
